Personal data processing policy of Sigma Marine Technology LLC
General provisions
The present Privacy Policy Regulation (hereinafter - Regulation) is an official document of Sigma Marine Technology LLC, located at 680000, Khabarovsk, Kalinina St. 83A, office. 1 (hereinafter - "Company"/"Operator"), and defines the order of processing and protection of information about individuals (hereinafter - Users), using services, information, services of the company website, located at the domain name https:/sigma-m-tech.ru/ (hereinafter - Site).
Relationships associated with the processing of personal data and information about users of the Site shall be governed by these Regulations and other official documents of the Operator and applicable Russian legislation

Collection of personal data
The purpose of personal data processing is to fulfill the Operator's obligations to Users with regard to the use of the Site and its services.

The User agrees that the Operator may transfer personal data to third parties, in particular to courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, etc., solely for the purposes specified in the "Personal Data Collection" section of this Privacy Policy.
User's personal data may be transferred at the request of the authorized public authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by Russian legislation.
The operator blocks personal data relating to the relevant user from the moment of application or request of the user, or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of unreliable personal data or unlawful actions.
Destruction of personal data
Personal data of the user shall be destroyed when the subject of personal data withdraws consent for processing of personal data. Such withdrawal must be sent to the Operator in writing.
Protection of personal data
The company takes precautions - including legal, organizational, administrative, technical and physical - to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with Article 19 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data" in order to protect personal user data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties.
The Company is not responsible for personal data provided by the user in the public domain: on forums, chat rooms, social networks, other sites, not controlled by the Company, where such information can be seen by other users and can be read, collected or used by them. Such information is public.
The Company will retain user personal data and information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
The Company does not collect personal data on minors and will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible if it becomes known that the personal data received belongs to a minor.
User requests
This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator are governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
Users are entitled to send their requests to the Operator, including requests regarding the use of their personal data, sending withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data in written form to the address specified in the General Provisions section of this provision.
The request sent by the User must contain the following data:

In everything else that is not directly reflected in the Privacy Policy, the Company undertakes to be guided by the norms and provisions of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the Policy at any time at its sole discretion to further improve the system of protection against unauthorized access to personal data reported by Users without the consent of the User.
After making changes to the Privacy Policy, an updated version of the Privacy Policy is posted on the Company's website.
